Common questions about working with us

How much does AI automation cost?
It depends on scope. Most projects start somewhere between £500 (a Premium AI Blueprint) and £5,000+ (a full end-to-end system). Smaller automations sit in the £1,000–3,000 range. The free strategy session is the right place to find out where you'd actually land.
Do we need to replace our existing tools?
Almost never. We work around the tools you already use — Gmail, Outlook, Sheets, CRMs, calendars, chat. If a tool has an API or a webhook, we can usually wire it in.
Can you work with our existing spreadsheets and CRM?
Yes. A lot of what we build connects sheets and CRMs to the rest of the operation. We treat what you already have as the starting point, not something to throw away.
Is this just chatbots?
No. Chatbots are one small part of what's possible. Most of the value we build is in workflows, allocation, reporting and visibility — the quiet things that eat hours every week.
What happens on the free strategy session?
A 30–45 minute 1-1 with a CloudburstAI co-founder. We walk through how your business runs today, where the friction is, and what AI could realistically help with. No pressure, no pitch deck. Afterwards you get a short written summary and our honest next-step recommendation.
What if we only need one automation?
That's a perfectly good place to start. A Workflow Automation build (from £1,000) is sized for exactly that — one well-defined workflow turned into a reliable, automated process.
How long does a project take?
Workflow automation: 2–4 weeks. Dashboards and portals: 4–8 weeks. AI agents: 4–6 weeks. Full AI ops systems are phased over 2–6 months so the team isn't overwhelmed — and everything ships in small pieces, so you see progress every week.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes — Retained Support starts at £500/month. Most build projects naturally roll into a retainer so the system keeps getting better over time.
